    Wilbur.....

We're gonna need a target or two at base camp. If it'll help.....I'm willing to chip in ($) ahead of time, if you're willing to pick them up and get 'em there. Maybe a bag (or 2) and a block (type)? Sounds like we could do this for about $10/hunter. I don't care how good of shape I'm in, I'm not gonna be able to (I don't think) go non-stop for my entire stay....and I'm not even sure I want to! I'd love to do a little shooting/watching others shoot while I'm there.

    Just a thought.

    Yes Steve,

I use a guy in the town of Buena Vista. As the town's local butcher, he cuts and wraps your meat in one day, and does a beautiful job. He stores/freezes the meat until you pick it up. He charges $200/elk and $150/deer. I also have freezers for use at my home north of BV (about 40 minutes from where we're hunting). This base is covered....

    Cool , very cool .

Their are some folks who i just cannot wait to meet , what a trip .

Tim , i used to practice in the house all the time with my compound when it was raining outside . Since going Trad and shooting a badly released broadhead 5" into my livingroom wall , i kinda thought it would be better to wait for it to stop raining :p

Nice one Excel ... This case looks like it could be coming with me , if i measured right i should get both my bows in here and the arrows ;)
