I picked up a new a spot to hunt this fall,so i went for a walk around it today just for a look but there is not much to it about 20 ac and most of it's field bordering a hwy. zero stands on it and not much for sign few small trails.
I have never even seen a vehicle parked there in the 15 years i been here, anyway i did find whats left of a couple of old log cabins and this old water well made of very cool old flat rock it may make a good spot for a cool drink for the deer in the early season.

Congrats on the new spot. You never know about those small patches, especially when the lead starts flying. Hope it works out for you.

    Blessings.......Pastorjim

Looks like it could be a good spot, just don't fall in the well when walking through in the dark

I love finding old homesteads like this and i will be going back sat or sun looking for old fruit tree's that maybe i can revive and put up a couple cams. not much left of the log cabins. I think i am going to fire up the metal detector and do a walk around them and see what i can dig up.
