It'd be SO cool to be able to shoot a bear too.

    :jealous:

They almost made it a separate tag this year so you'd have to pay. Glad they didn't.

I just sent in for my 2 doe tags today ( lottery ). Should be able to get both of them. Found out last week I got drawn for my buck tag for the 2.5 week General Season. Just have to get my Archery tag which is over the counter and I am set. Life is good !!!!

Oh and when I get my archery tag... I'll buy my Furbearers tag just incase a mountain lion walks in front of me. Odds are it will never happen but a guy can hope. Would be so awesome to kill one with bow !!!

You can't just automatically go kill a buck or a doe every season Tim? They're both DRAWN to see if you get to kill a deer?!?

Wow... some states literally amaze me.

Guess I really need to check into the regs of whatever western state I decide to retire to whenever that happens...

Noticed he said, "Life is good." Doesn't sound like it to me. :)

Virginia is generous. Although I ever do, it is nice to have the opportunity to bag three bucks.

The only tag over the counter for deer in ND is the archery tag. It is good for any sex or specie ( WT/ Muley ) for residents. Non-residents can also buy their archery tag over the counter but you are limited to whitetail. The archery tag is good state wide. Muley archery tag would be a drawing for a non-resident.
