Having both drawn recently and helped a friend who drew last year (both in Ladysmith area - zone A) I would advise you to pay for an outfitter if your not a local. We spent an entire summer baiting and watching a few bears travel in and out of our site. Problem is, as soon as we started hunting the bears would circle the bait wind us and decide they weren't that hungry. We only saw a couple bears on stand and that was before the dog hunting started. In the end we had spent enough on bait, fuel, and campground fees to where we saved very little doing it diy and ate a 7 yr draw tag. Sent from my XT1254 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
