It looks pretty thick in there. Are you set up in areas with good sign?

Just look for trails leading to and from food sources and bedding areas. Try going in after a hard rain and look for tracks. There are deer in there; they are just moving before you see them. Keep your head up while scouting and alternate between looking out as far as you can see and the ground.

If you want to try something new with bowhunting do some research on topography and look for shelves, benches, and funnels. Next best thing I look for is there food source and bedding area.

Is this area an old tree Farm?

    Try ACME Mapper 2.0

Use the NEXRAD tab you will be able to zoom way in on your area. From what I found I would sit along a bank of that river and try an situate yourself along a heavy trail leading to that field across 301.

Is the river on the property? If so, I would start there. The food seems to be prevalent but all animals need water. Get as close to the bank as possible and begin walking, you'll find a game trail eventually.

Hmmm... Any access to a tractor? Maybe disc up a small area. I've noticed that the deer on my property seem to go out of the way to walk on freshly plowed earth. Just a suggestion.
