After 6 months I am able to draw my bow again. Just in time to get a little practice in before season. Was so bummed out that I hardly got on the web I know that I have messed a lot so I have a lot of catching to do. Had to lower my draw 10 pounds. Shot 6 times and spent hours looking for arrows but at least I shot. Good luck to all on the season.
I had surgery to repair my shoulder back in December. I had a slap labrum tear. The tendon on my right shoulder tore away from the shoulder and frayed. I had to have the tendon clipped, 2 anchors put in place t attach the tendon back to the bone and had to have a few small muscle tears stitched back together. I was down and out of movement for a few weeks. I'm back to shooting full strength now. hang on there. There is light at the end of the tunnel. What at happened to you and what did you have done?
