Installed a QAD Hunter today, along with nock set, D-loop and peep (I was shocked that everything worked nicely on the first attempt).....now waiting on a new sight. I've been experimenting with a single pin slider and have really been enjoying it. That said, I was nervous about a deer showing up at 40, but then walking to 20 (or vise versa). While driving to work Monday I thought......"it would be cool to have a 3 pin slider and just adjust the bottom pin for longer ranges"......checked the web at work, and guess what......someone already capitalized on my genius idea . Anyway, looked around and decided on a Black Gold Ascent Verdict.......should be here any day.
I gotta agree with you on hesitant on the one pin sight. I just can't help thinking that I will forget to move the pin. The 3 pin slider sight sounds cool and I might try one and see if it gets me to actually move to the 1 pin sight.
