Just got the newest pro whitetail version on hunstand for $69. A few issues with zoom on some layers and offline maps not working. Currently working with them to get a few kinks out. If you have any questions about it let me know before you buy if you want. The crop layer map is neat and it is accurate for my local area. The rut map will tell over time how that works. The whitetail habitat layer is ok but has some areas marked that have been fields for decades so not really ideal habitat where deer would hang out. The more I use the more I will know if it is worth the extra coin or not.
Once I upgraded to the whitetail pro version I lost my basic pro version on my computer. Keeps telling me to upgrade when I try to change the layers. Email sent to the company.
No response from huntstand yet in regards to the issues I have with it. For the amount they should be quicker to respond for assistance. Sent from my SM-G990U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Has anybody else had a problem with Huntstand Pro this year? Last year when subscribed to the pro version. I had no problem with getting information such as area regulations or downloading any maps of conservation areas. This year when I re-subscribed. It won't let me retrieve information or download any maps of the conservation areas or public land. I contacted Huntstand about the problem and they blame the Conservation department for not updating their information on conservation areas. Which I really find that hard to believe. So now when I find public hunting land highlighted on huntstand. Which only gives you the name and how many acres now. I have to exit the app then Google the area to get whatever information on it I can. It's a pain in the ass. On the picture I attached. I circled what I'm talking about that's not letting me click on anymore.
Been another week with no response from huntstand. Still the same issues. O well I will make due with what I have.
