I'm different I guess. If there isn't any sort of story to it, I'm not even likely to make it to the kill. I tend to be a very visual person and a sucker for someone that can vividly represent their hunts in a compelling manner. HB, Donnie V., and movies like Trembling Giant are what I enjoy.
Maybe what we are all saying... except Tony... who just wants to see the kills . Is we will watch them when they are actually well done and interesting. Some of the guys on here do a really good job of editing. Editing makes the long and boring , short and interesting. I like music added but music doesn't make an otherwise bad video good. There was one recently... that started fairly decently but turned into dropping F-bombs and other such juvenile language after a kill shot. That thread should have been locked IMO.
Don't get me wrong, I like it.if it is edited well....most aren't ... BHOD does a pretty good job as well as HBH....
If the show is about scouting, the set up, and the hard parts of the hunt I like to listen. Other than that I fast forward as well.
