Nomad. Wide open public lands has my hunting style being very mobile. I have a pretty big area that I hunt and move most of the time

    Nomad on the ground.

If I get good cell service I sometimes stop to masterbait

Definitely a waiter and not a baiter... helps me in hunting and in my marriage :)

I’m more of a waiter than anything else, but I will give chase if the need arises.

I’m a waiter. But I have access to a couple properties and try to never sit the same stand morning/night or back to back days. I’d say I’m more of a nomad but I’m not run n gun on public land. Public land around me is scarce and very crowded. I’ve got good spots that I hunt alone so I can hunt how I please.

Since "baiting" is technically mostly illegal in my state, I guess I'm considered a waiter. Most of the time I feel more comfortable letting the animals come to me. but wouldn't baiters and waiters be basically the same thing? You bait then wait for the animal to come to the bait?

A baiter baits an animal to a specific location of their choice. A waiter sits somewhere waiting for one to come by.

    Depends I guess.

I am a waiter as far as I rarely move stands throughout the year and a nomad because I am always moving from stand to stand that I have hung in the summer.

I don't have enough time to find fresh sign and move throughout the season so I'm stuck with what I've got hung prior to season.

I'm a great nomad scouter in the combine though..

I am always on the move. I enjoy it that way. New adventures make it much more fun.

Primarily a waiter - 90% of my sits are in stands I've hung prior to when the season started.

When I'm not waiting I'm being a nomad and scouting a new spot or hanging a stand in an area with fresh sign.

90% waiter 10% nomad. I will usually sneak around the woods two or three times a year, but that's it.

Baiter mostly. I don't have land(at this time) to plant food plots. I use Thro n Gro when I can and plant clover on trails.

If setting up near apple trees and beside food plots makes me a baiter then that is what I am.
But I seem to think that I am more of a waiter.

    You make the call.
