    I have a fuse carbon blade hunter 10" and a 8.5"
I really like the carbon blades. They dampen vibration well and let me hold steady on target. 90% of the time I use the 10". The 10% of the time I spend in a tree stand I use the 8.5" because shots are no longer than 35 and the shorter stab doesn't get hung up on branches, etc. while I'm in the stand.

No not really, just a lil time, some aluminum, and some phenolic. Working on a carbon fiber version at the moment.

I have an Octane 7" Hunter on my Spyder 34 LD and it really tames vibration. Also have a 6" BS Sport Xtreme on my Agenda 7, but at 40 yds and less that bow shoots as well without a stabilizer.

Any of you guys ever use a Target stabilizer like a 28" or 30" stabilizer for really dialing in your hunting bow? I thought about getting a mid grade one for really stabilizing it and just shooting for fun. I've shot a 32" one on my bow already and its amazing how still you can hold the pin. You think you would hear about more guys using one for sighting in purposes.

It makes the bow shoot differently. Sight in with what you will hunt with. If your not used to how the bow shoots when hunting time comes it will throw you off.

I'm very familiar with how it shoots. I shoot 3-4 times a week with my B-Stinger stab on. I put on a buddies 32" target stabilizer and it shot perfectly. I'd like to know how the bow would shoot differently just because its a different stabilizer if you would be able to touch on that?

If your referring to me always shooting with the long stab versus my hunting stabilizer affecting me coming hunting then that is definitely not an issue. My question was basically wondering if others have used a target stab to really dial in their hunting bow because it would allow them to be alot steadier compared to their shorter stab.
