Im new to hunting and I plan on bow hunting at a family members land in central Oklahoma. People told me I should look at google earth to help scouting for deer, I was wondering if anyone could point out some places to look at, ill be hunting in the area circled in red. ill be going to the land later this week to look around. Theres a little pond below the dirt patch in the middle if that helps.

With out seeing a more spread out picture of what surrounding the area it's hard to tell but going on what I can see here I would likely put a stand in the general area of the blue spots I marked on ur map. [IMG]

It honestly looks like you could cover almost that whole area pretty well. After you sit a few times you should be able to figure out where the deer are or aren't moving and change it up. I would start out near the pond in the woodline early season since they should still be coming to water.

^^^^This. Looks like there is a good tree to hunt out of just left of the pond. Theres also a nice edge there leading up to the pond definitely worth a look.
