Some of those shows are a waste of 30 minutes of air time....but some of the ones I like to watch...Primo's Truth Series, In Pursuit w/ Greg Miller, Easton Bowhunting, Elk Chronicles w/ Cam Hanes, & HBTV..

Some of these hosts, I doubt will be on TV in the next few years...sponsors want to see something for their dollars.

However, I have to give them credit for at least trying to pursue their dreams.

A lot of the magazine articles are no better with hunters or writers sucking up for sponsors. If I start to read a story and it goes like "I drew my Hoyt Bow while protected from the elements in my Sitka Gear, when I got to full draw with my Easton Axis on my NAP drop away arrow rest. I stop reading,it is a joke! If they want to state what equipment they were using at the end of the article I am all right with that, but to have it be written with it containing all the "product" information through out it is some thing that I really don't enjoy!

I like some of them, some of them I cannot stand. The thing that I have noticed is some of them are turning into reality shows for hunters. Shows like Wildgame Nation, Buck Commander and Duck Commander. However, DC and BC are hilarious. The father from Wildgame Nation seems to be hammered in a lot of the clips. I hope he doesn't have a disability or handicap, but a lot of times he talks like he is inebriated.

There was a scene on the Buck Commander, I think, and the guys were trying to mount a flat screen TV and they dropped it on the floor. It was such bad acting that you know it was staged. I don't mind that they are not always hunting, but don't have fake crap. It isn't Hollywood!!

Primos is the best, IMO. The guys are real, they are humble, they have fun, and they are very likable people. Of course, this is my opinion.
