I'm curious when peoples hunting seasons run thru. Curious of dates, and type...rifle, bow, muzzleloader, ect..

I'm asking, because i am looking at expanding my hunting in the future.

Lastly...is there any "late season" in Minnesota? I've done some looking, but i haven't found anything. But i seem to have heard people talking about hunting in MN.

By the way...all my questions refer to whitetail hunting. Thanks for any info.

PA archery season usually starts the last Saturday of Sept or the first Sat of Oct (There's special mangement zones that open a week early). Archery runs for 6 weeks, during which there is a special youth/senior season as well as a muzzleloader season. Our 2 week rifle season opens the first Monday after Thanksgiving, followed by a late archery season that starts the day after Christmas through the middle of Janruary(I'm posting this from my phone and I don't have specific dates in front of me.

In Ill you need to have your score card with you all of the time, it's getting difficult to remember all of the seasons.

    Archery opens Oct. 1
Then there is an early youth season late Oct. I think (Ok to bowhunt with orange)
Then 1st shotgun weekend before Thanksgiving(no bows)
2nd shotgun 1st weekend after Thanksgiving (now bows)
Muzzelloader next weekend (OK to bowhunt with orange)
This weekend is a special doe gun season (ok to bowhunt with orange)
Jan 15-17 another doe gun season (ok to bowhunt with orange)
    Bow closes the 17th

Who could blame a guy if he didn't have orange on at the right time bowhunting?
