Ozone machines have been around a long time. They're used in fire restoration, at auto dealers...all sort of places. A couple days of hanging in an ozone room and the smokey smell is gone from the toughest of fire damaged clothes. That said, I don't see how it would get rid of the tell tale smell of explosives. They continue to emit from within I believe. You might get rid of any excess on the surface or spilled during construction.... but I have to believe a good dog could still pick it up if it's been setting for a day or so.
