I noticed that the field to the west of the property that I am hunting has probably about 40-60 acres of clover. I am a newb, but I am sure this could be a good food source for the deer in the area. What do you guys think about setting up near there? The cover is not very thick and a tree stand might not be an option I thought about a ground blind possibly in the corner of the property's meeting point. The electric fence is very low in the corner as well because of a hump on the other side of it. Hope this helps paint the picture for you guys.

I would do that being 40-60 acres is a huge plot to hunt. Next year I would build an elevated blind for that. I would setup in a transition point in the woods before the clover.
