    But that isn't even the best part. I got an email notification of a new lease this morning from one of those leasing websites. 22 acres in west central Illinois. $128/ acre! No that's not a typo. What freaking person believes a farm is worth $128 an acre per year just to hunt? That's more than some farms rent out tillable ground to farmers for!

    That's pretty cheap farm ground actually. Average is probably 200 with highest I've heard of 450/acre. This area is getting high for ground and if this is area you wanna hunt be prepared to pay. They listed it that way because ppl will probably pay it.
