That's pretty cheap farm ground actually. Average is probably 200 with highest I've heard of 450/acre. This area is getting high for ground and if this is area you wanna hunt be prepared to pay. They listed it that way because ppl will probably pay it. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
