I feel your pain brother..Round one ended in tag soup on a five day solo backcountry deer hunt and with the holidays will not get another shot until after the first. Our season ends Jan. 31st and if I can get back out I already know where I am heading. You can always plan your next move in the downtime of the off season, or shoot that bow. It is tough when your mind is 15-20 miles deep in the Backcountry and your responsibilities are at home.

Keep fiddlin' I will get out the harmonica.... HaHaHahaha....

Season is still coming back "in" here in PA the day after Christmas, but I've been done for a while. I just get more time to play with trail cams and get ready to start placing minerals again:D

I feel you on this!!! I've been done deer hunting since September and am waiting for some good snow to go after coyotes and rabbits, spring for the squirrels to return to the yard and to be able to put in for tags again.

I'm just waiting until Dec 26th, when our late season begins in WMU 5-D. It goes until Jan 25th, buck (yea right) or doe. I still have my buck tag, but I've yet to kill one in the late season.

RI archery goes until January 31st. hoping to get out mid January when they are deep into the winter feeding patterns. the younger bucks are grouping up again here, and moving during the daylight.

Bah hum bug! Hunting is never over. Every deer hunter should be out chasing yotes once deer season is over! There would be a lot better deer and turkey population.
