Well well, Looks like I got lucky, I think. Got out of the Navy back in April although my wife is still active duty. We are getting transferred to Madrid, Spain. I cannot bring firearms so it looks like I will be very well acquainted with my bow. Anyone hunted or lived in Spain? Looks like it will be a great chance for me to do some "exotic" hunting trips. Whacha'll think?

I checked into the hunting some already and bowhunting is growing in EU. Bowfishing also has taken off in the past few years. While it seems europeans do not love Bass like we do here in America, carp is the game fish in fresh waters. So, it seems like I will be laser beaming arrows quite often while I am there. I would like to pick up a nice bow for fishing before I leave, i have a Hoyt set at 60lbs but I think it is too much from what little I know about the sport. Oh yea, my wife and I already have a list of places to visit and things to do. We will be there two years. So lots of opportunity!!!! I will keep the site posted and with any luck my first bag ever with a bow and hopefully it is there!!!
