Hunting hours

I'll do 6-8 all day 12-14 hour sits in RI, plus 4-5 afternoon hunts, plus 6, 13 hour days in Illinois...and it's still not enough!!!!!!

A lot every weekend from September to January

 

I didnt get to hunt last year. I was overseas so im extremely ready to hunt this year! I will be out there every chance i get but on average id say around 15 hours a week on the low side.

 

I like to sit in the stand; it's my therapy, where I sort through the events of the day. I also like watching deer as much as I do harvesting them. So, I spend anywhere from 200-300 hrs in the stand a season. Yes I know I am a bit crazy.

 

Probably around 200-300. I'm out almost every day I don't work the entire season sept-feb. Gotta fill up the freezer and decorate the walls.

 

200 to 250 if i tag out these would be less

 

Last year 75 or so. Trying to get out more this year might even double that if I stay on these 12hr shifts at work.
