Kristine and I are working on just getting comfortable talking to the camera and learning how to use our new XA10. We uploaded a video we filmed yesterday while practicing in the backyard. She did get her first robinhood and I got her reaction on film which was pretty funny.

good stuff guys! I'm just starting out self filming with very basic equipment!! it was sort of a last minute decision in august to go forward with it! I am already having a blast, and learning a ton so far! I plan on releasing a weekly highlight 5 minute video of the weeks hunting activities. You can find my page in my sig line!
Great job on the videos Swamp Stalker! What software are you editing your footage with? I decided that I am going to do a video journal of the entire season! Know that I will have lots of entries without any thing good to show but will be cool to document the entire season! Just uploaded episode 1. Nothing exciting but really just trying to learn how to use Windows Live Movie Maker. Not a big fan of it so far but hopefully as I learn it will get better!

JFERG, Thanks for subscribing! liked the video btw! I'm using MS movie maker as well. I did download a few other free ones that were extremely clumsy and soooooooo in depth with what could be done! I then tried the MS moviemaker, and it does quite a bit for a basic program, and I found it really easy to use after messing around awhile!
Have you found any good website that had a list of all the features and directions for it yet? I have been trying to figure out if I can split screen and how I can voice over or use audio from one video file but be displaying a different video.
I think it is a youtube issue because I am having the same problem but they are working just fine on the pc. Think it might be an HD issue. Trying to figure it out still. Sent from my DROID3 using Tapatalk 2

I am using an Android phone and when I click the 3 little lines in the upper right corner it give me an option for video quality when I change it the sound seems to work perfectly! Let me know if that works or still having problems.
Myself I have a youtube but use my owen web site been working on. I have subscribe so some of you awhile ago and very nice videos it's nice to see so many take the time to do this.
