    Mike, good luck with your recovery, I swear hiking will do you more good than anything! Walk walk and walk more... I am almost 14 years out from my fusion and plating and feeling better than ever, It took me a solid 5 years though to really feel back to normal physically, lots of work but its worth it. Best wishes!

    ok I saw my doc for the first time today since my surgery this is one of the pics he gave me.
    I look like a flippin tsrget lol.

    Keep at it man, recovery is a long, ****ty road, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel and you are getting closer to it every day.

    Im not sure yet. At this rate i dont even know if ill be ready for the season but i just keep push forward. Hopefully after its all done ill be able to still draw atleast 60
