Gjacobs post about the Tree Spyder harness sparked a question about the Hunters Safety System Life Line. I saw this at ****s sporting goods and at BPS this past season. I almost bought it but wasn't sure if it was worth buying due to never seeing it, probably due to being new to hunting. Does anyone know anything about this product and has anyone used it? If so what is your thoughts on this product? I will probably buy one for this coming up season.

This is a FANTASTIC product and IMO everyone should be using it. Muddy Outdoors also makes a similar product that works the same way. Once you have the Lifeline installed you are hooked up from the time you leave the ground until you get back down. I used the Life Line last year and it works great. Yes, it's a pain in the butt (and the wallet) to purchase and install them on every stand you have but it's well worth it IMO.

Thanks Justin. I started to just go ahead and buy one but, never did. They seem to be much safer and easier to use than a linemans belt which I used when climbing trees my hang on was in. Looks like a product that can be used with a ladder stand also. I have two ladder stands and one hang on. I will be buying four of them by season opener. One of the stands is a buddy stand that my wife hunts out of with me some.
