I've had my pro series vest for a little over two years now. Everything about the vest is great, functionally. The problem is that for the life of me I cannot get the nasty factory smell out of it. Last year I just delt with it and sprayed down every hunt while leaving it outside too. I thought with time it would get better. I have tried lots of different things to remedy the problem and nothing has worked. Long story short, I called HSS today and told them about it and asked what I could do. I didn't even ask for an exchange or anything like that. The lady went and talked to someone for 2 minutes and just came back and said ship it back and we'll send you a new one. Wow, I'm impressed! This reminds me of another company named NAP in the customer service department. Both great companies with great products and topped with awesome customer service. They just made me a longtime customer. Just wanted to pass the good word around!
That's great service, and one of the reasons why, is because their hunters too. They understand what it takes to have a great product and stand behind it. Thanks for sharing!

I have the ultra-lite. I love it.... can't see myself going with another company for a harness. Glad to hear of your good CS experience.
Thats awsome. Too bad they can't send you another one first and then have you mail your back so you have one to use.
No worries, I have the original HSS as my back up for the time being. It will suffice for a week or two.
That's awesome. Good customer care will def make or break a company. It seems that to many companies out there don't realize this. I'm glad u posted the positive experience too. It also seems that to many companies don't realize that bad or negative word of mouth works 100 more against u than positive for u. Meaning that people are WAY WAY more prone to talk about a negative experience than a positive one. Nock em down, Drag em out!!
