    i am thinking about buying a Hoyt Magna Tec Intruder doz any one no how good dez are

    I don't know anything about this particular bow but I have a few buddies with Hoyt's and they love them. I personally have my eye on an Alphamax.

    I was giving you a hard time by saying bowtech...What I would do if I were you is try shooting it, or other bows and see what you are comfortable with.

    Did you shoot the PSE or the hoyt yet?? Do you have a limit on how much you will spend??

    you lookin new or used??? in that price range there are lotsa nice used rigs that can be had...

    Two of my buddies still shoot Hoyt Magnatecs from before 2000...their's are heavy, but very strong bows with high speeds considering their age & cost. One shoots heavy aluminum arrows with Muzzy broadheads, the other shoots skinny carbons with expandable broadheads...both have had great success with theirs...again, their only complaint was the weight and bulk of the bow...but these are '98 or '99 models.

    well get to your local bow shop and start shooting bows and see which one you like

    You cant go wrong with a Hoyt!!;) The Magna Tec is a real nice bow but it is a little on the heavy side.
