I’ve been looking at new bows and I heard someone talk about swapping cams on certain bows. I’ve never really heard other people talk about it mainly because you probably can be perfectly satisfied with most factory setups. But this guy was talking about swapping the red works turbo cam onto the hyperforce and using 80lb limbs on his Alaskan hunt.

I’m not really sure if he did this or was talking about doing this since I was just eavesdropping. Anyone ever heard of this?

I was looking at the red wrx so I can get more speed than my Elite 35 for my own BIG game excursion, and I’m not happy with the new option 6. I wanted 80lb limbs but that turbo is pretty sweet. I didn’t even know it was a speed bow (I thought it was the regular extra-1) until I actually looked at what I was shooting.

Went by and talked to the guy. He said that guy comes in all the time with stupid stuff like that. He doesn’t know where he gets the ideas but he is full of it.

So he said it would probably be possible but it’s nothing he would do for someone.
