It's hard to tell in the picture, but this guy really has me excited for fall! He's showing a lot more growth than most of the other bucks on our property. I apologize for the awful photo quality, but I did the best I could with my phone and limited light. How are the bucks on your properties growing? Any stand-outs yet? Welcome to the site/forums!! We have a regional "grow" thread in the trail cam section of the forums going on now as we speak. like you said, hard tovtell from the picture, but from what i can gather that buck has great growth already! here's one i'm following here in RI...
My upcoming season looks great so far... usually wait to check my cams about mid to late july but from what I've seen have a few good bucks with awesome growth in the area.... Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
I haven't been to my property in 3 weeks but next weekend I plan on going out for a camping trip and to check cameras and replenish the feeder/mineral sites. I hope to have some updates soon.
Rachel, it looks like that buck you got a pic of has some great potential for this year. I drive 150+ miles per day for my job and I have only seen one buck with more growth so far this year and he was in an exclusive neighborhood in a Chicago suburb that has no legal deer hunting near it. Personally, I have yet to put out any cams, but will try to in the next few weeks. Seeing all of the pics starting to pop up on here is getting my blood flowing!
