I had a big 8 with a doe yesterday morning around 8:30 am in northeastern wi. He almost followed her exact movements and was thrashing his antlers of every limb in the process. She brought him to within 15 yards and she cut in before the gap in which I would of had a shot and he followed into some christmas trees right before my opening. I have seen 3 big bucks now this year and had chances to shoot just didnt work out. One picked me out in the tree, another snuck up on me and I couldnt get my bow fast enough before he got out of range, and the one yesterday never gave me a shot. I really wanted to shoot a big boy with my bow but I am anxious to pull out the rifle this weekend here in wisconsin.
