how to score a velvet buck?

    now that I've got a velvet buck down how do you go about scoring this fella. I've never scored one with velvet before so is it the same?

    The scoring is the same but Pope and Young & Boone and Crockett don't reconize a velvet clad buck until it's been stripped of the velvet to the bone. For this contest just score it the same ,I'm sure there allowing the velvet included as they are allowing no drying out time.
