    I do use the wind and did use the wind to kill my Tom this year (21lb/8"beard/1 1/4" spurs) .... on day one I set up on the down wind side of a woods (south side) where it was calmer with the strong N/NW winds blowing and the next day set up for S/SW breezes in a corner of a woods/field where the winds also would be blocked, it worked out great on day two .. ......
