Just purchased a wildgame ac5x action camera. It's amazing and comes with great accesories. But there doesn't seem to be any specific way to mount it to a gun or bow other than mounting to the scope. I'm just looking for different ideas. I'd definatly like to mount it to my Hoyt and my shotgun. Shotgun only has iron sights so I'd have to mount it on the side of the gun. Comes with straps and mounting brackets but has to be mounted upright to take upright video. Any suggestions would help. Pics would be great. Thanks y'all

I never realized they use the same mounts as the epiccams?

Yea I saw that video and though it is quite creative I just thought there might be a set way to mount it without jimmy rigging stuff. It comes with some Velcro straps and with those I can strap it to the stabilizer and wrap the strap around the bottom of the riser. Didn't know if that might affect bow performance though.

I am not really sure I have never mounted it to the front of my bow. I don't like those videos because the target is so far away and you get so much vibration and movement after the shot that you can't see anything anyways. I do have an Epiccam mounted to my rizer but looking back at me during the shot. The footage is always much clearer and not nearly as shaky. And I have another camera on a tree arm for filming the actual target. Good luck with your setup. Curious to see what you end up coming up with.

Yea I'll play with it and see what works best. I might try the contraption on the video
