I also think putting hot hands on the sides of the calf helps more than directly on the toes or feet. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
As said before less socks and make sure your toes can move and feet are not tight in the boot. Another thing I do is buy the large body heat packs, similar to hand warmers but much larger and stick them on your lower back above your insulating layer over your kidneys. A final trick I use is to zip tie the blue insulting styrofoam to the bottom side of your platform. You can spray paint the backside or cover with camp cloth. Having the blue insulation under your feet is unreal for keeping your feet warm. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Less is more. Air is an insulator, same principle as down jackets. Merino socks (I prefer the thin "athletic" fit). I do not wear a sock liner, didn't work too well for me. My boots are non insulated goretex. When I get to the stand I cover them with boot covers. At the first sign my feet get gold I would through hand warmers in the boot covers. https://www.amazon.com/Onyx-Arctic-...690&sr=8-1&keywords=arctic+shield+boot+covers
