    I'm that person.

This is all in fun. The landowner where my husband hunts out of state is a good friend. They keep bickering back and fourth over how old they think this deer is. So, I'm going to ask you all.

Obviously it's trail cam pictures and not the greatest. Husband seen deer opening day and feels he is a 3/3.5 year old. Friend says no way, he is 2/2.5 - friends son thinks he is 3 also.

So for fun - what do you think?

2.5. Possibly 3.5. Looks a little too slender to be a 3.5 yo, but I’m not familiar with PA deer.

Whatever he is, in another year he could be really good

This is an Ohio deer - but very well could be coming from PA (hunting on the line).

We usually judge off the nose - which is how husband felt the 3.5

But, yes! Husband let him walk at 13 yards. They have a very good herd out there if he can keep alive. This is his deer from the past two seasons.

3.5. Full torso, shoulders appear low on the body. Good neck development+ doesn't appear too scrawny.

Skinny neck, under developed front shoulders, his rear is higher and looks bigger then the front shoulder. Young deer. My guess is 2.5 years old.

I don't know the genetics ,in that do you get 11/2 spikes often? If so he could very well be a low mass 3 1/2 yr. Old
He has some folds on the lower neck/ shoulder. A full neck line to brisket. No belly but is he a Hill deer?

    I'm saying 3 1/2

Thanks - seems like a pretty good mixture here. Unfortunately, he hasn't received any pictures since seeing the buck when he hunted Saturday, so now he is wondering if someone shot it - it was very consistently in there. (He has the cellular cameras)

Husband hunts the ravine each bow season along a known creek in the area.
