I would say 3.5. Looking a little more blocky than a 2.5, but not saggy enough belly for 4.5. But I'm still working on my estimations.

Hmm. I'm perplexed. He looks young due to the skinny neck and the hams seem thin. The brisket however has slight sag to it. And back is a little swayed. Body also seems short too. Guessing 4 but I want to say younger. Brisket and belly have me guessing 4. Could just be like me and be short I guess.

I'd guess 3 but i'm only saying that because he looks a bit thin.

Looks like a young deer from that picture/angle.

I can't tell from the one pic and one angle. They all have skinny necks this time of year and look haggard from changing coats. I'll guess 4+. I'm confident he's younger than 5 and older that 2.

Here is the whole picture. You can see he has a small body and young face. I think he is really young :)

I still don't think he's "really young". I still feel like he's in the 3-4 year old range. I will say that loose, shaggy transition coat makes it hard to judge. His brisket doesn't look like a 2.5yo to me, looks older but it may just be the shaggy coat.

If he's 2.5, he's going to be a whopper in a few years.

I think he is 2. Face looks young and he has a small body. I have looked at probably a million pics from this farm over the years and he jumped out to me.

My guess would be 3 also, but I do see what your talking about with his face/head. Thin snout and narrow forehead.

Didn't you have a pic of that buck last year? I thought I recognized the rack.

I'm guessing 3.5 Tom. Legs look long and skinny.

Tweener from that pick alone, call him 2.5 and see what he looks like next year if your comfortable passing such a deer
