ok guys i have seen this buck like 15 times this year but i was after three other ones alot bigger andtwo out of the three got shot and i havnt seen the third since late november.

My question being this late in the season should i shoot this low 130's class buck or just let him go cause i think before the end of our season i could get another chance at him. My thing is i did shoot my west virginia buck this year and i could deff use the meat but i do have one doe tag left so im in a big debate.

    Any suggestions

If you really want him, shoot him. Otherwise I would save him for next season. Especially since he hangs around so much. If you want meat shoot a doe, but if he would make you happy then don't be concerned with what others think.

Personally, I would shoot him because he would make me a very happy hunter. :)

If you've passed on him before because he's not big enough for you I'd shoot the doe for meat then. Nice buck!!

Any Buck that I would have passed early in the season would be safe in late season as well. If I just want to kill something or need the meat I'll whack a Doe.

If you'll be happy killing him, then do so. If you think you will regret it after he's dead, then pass. Shoot what makes you happy.

That's a shooter for me any time of year. You gotta do what will make you happy though. It sounds like you'd be happy with him. Look at it this way, if you do shoot him and you're happy with it the big one you're not sure of will just be bigger next year.

Damn buck hunter, you really have some great bucks in your area! I'd kill (no pun) to have a choice like you've got. I would shoot that buck the first chance I got!! He would be my best buck yet.

yeah alleghany westmoreland and butler counties are probably im gonna say three of the best counties in pennsylvania and I got lucky being that i live like almost on the border all of them so its nice.

and thanks for the rest of ur input guys this deer would deff make me happy but when i seen the bigger ones those made me nuts and i sorta screwed myself this year because of it. So if he gives me another shot im gonna lay him on the ground

Those other bucks must've been studs to get you to pass on him earlier. Good luck.
