How often do you change your oil?

I do synthetic oils, I change somewhere between 5000 and 7500...

 

3 months or 3k

 

I change it every 3000 miles like clock work. Works out to about every month and a half or less.

 

i change synthetic and filter every 3-4 k .in my TOYOTA.
