I'd have to see you do that to believe it! In fact, I'd bet you a $1000 you can't hit a quarter 9 out of 10 times at 50yrds.
My tip would be as soon as you feel good at a given distance, back up ten more yards. Do so until you run out of sight. Force yourself out of your comfort zone, it will make you improve. When you get to the maximum distance your equipment will allow, go back to 20 and never shoot at the same spot twice again or you'll be buying new arrows. My last bow, that happened to be 100 yards, the new one should be able to get 130 or so I'm thinking. Of course, I still limit myself to 40 yards under normal circumstances but would consider stretching to 50 if the situation was perfect and I felt good that day. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
As much as I can, no further than 40 yards. To me, its different when an animal is in front of me than a target, BS`n with my friends, so to be fair to the animal, no further than 40 yards, just my opinion!
