Besides the whole appearance thing, this format is REALLY doesn't work very well on my computers. I am struggling just to navigate here at all.My work one is terrible, all kinds of errors, things that don't load & non-secure messages. And my one at home is horribly slow with this software. Can't wait until the old style is restored.

I'm really not having a problem here at work or home.

Rybo - it's the exact same software as before, just a newer version. Everything is in the same place it always was. There's a few very minor cosmetic changes but other than that it's pretty much the same. Think going from Windows Vista to Windows 7.

Not sure about your errors or non-secure messages, as I've tested on a variety of platforms in various browsers without issue. What platform/browser are you having troubles with? Shoot me a PM or email with details or screen shots so I can look at them.

At this point we're not changing or updating anything else unless it's broken.

I don't mind the new look...just don't like change like some of the others. One problem I've had though is pasting an url for a picture in the Insert Image window. It doesn't always work and gives me the message "Invalid URL." I've never experienced this before and have a few times since this update. Anything to fix that?

I do like the autosave feature.

I'm failing to understand what is so different that's causing confusion. The forums were re-styled to as closely match the last version as possible. Maybe a color is off here or there, but all the functions are the same, buttons are in the same spots, etc.

Are you guys whining just for the sake of whining, or is this really causing that much of an issue?

Finch - I'm looking into that. When I have an answer I'll post up and let you know.

I got it. I had to uncheck the "retrieve remote file and reference locally" box. I don't have to do that with every picture though. Anyway...I'm good.

When I mouse over a person's name and get the pull down so I can select PM the pull down disappears when I move the mouse off of the name.

Edit: I just got it to work by bouncing over the name and down to the select list. after bouncing a few times I seem to be able to catch and hold the pull down. Maybe it's just me.

I have to reset my password each time I try to log in or post. I use the same username and password, but each time it tells me my password isnt valid and I need to reset it, so I reset it back to the same thing it was before. Any idea why?

The going back to the old style comment, I believe, was in response to a brief period of time that the forums were up and the look was totally different. Any change now just seems to be cosmetic.

Working good for me at home or work. I haven't had to relog in with this version like the I did with the old version. I like it.
