For weeks I had been wondering how long it may take for talks of Obama using an Executive Order for gun control to arise. Seems like it's slowly taking shape. If Congress doesn't act in a manner the President is expecting them to act (they likely will not), seems like he is willing to take more assertive steps in order to expediate the process. Looks like Hooker's make believe thread (see beloe) could become a unfortunate reality. I'd like to believe that things such as firearms registration and other more exessive laws will not be passed, but it seems like things could go either way right now. If anyone is schooled in law; does the Judicial Branch have reason to step in an Executive decision if it "infringes" on our 2nd Amendement rights? It seems like we could be in for an epic Supreme Court ruling if they do. http://forums.bowhunting.com/showth...-if-quot-they-quot-come-to-take-all-your-guns
I just seen this on another forum about Biden's speech. Sadly this is just the beginning, Feinstein and Gifford are getting ready as well. Feinstein won't even respond to or acknowledge anyone unless they provide a California address. Sad world we're living in http://news.yahoo.com/obama-determined-act-against-gun-violence-biden-164128551.html
