How much is too much for land?

    Loganton/LH wouldn't be bad. You'd have to take your hunting stuff to work with you, but it'd be the same time to the stand. I know, I know, you want to live/build there. The problem is that you have too many stubborn old badgers that live where you want to buy. Sure they'll sell you two acres for 50,000 to build on, but that ain't what you are after.     Yep, that's the problem. I found a really cool site that let's me see all of the platt maps for Lycoming county, and all of the transactions over the past 4 decades or so. It's crazy how cheap land sold around here just 4 yrs ago. Sad, too.
