Not as much as I am. But we both feel vulnerable at this stage of our lives. Curbside pick up once in a while. That and we’re both pretty good at cooking.
Lost 20 lbs. due to fighting diverticulitis for a month plus emergency surgery for a bowel blockage and gall stone. Probably won't bow hunt as I'm limited to lifting no more than 10 lbs. by the surgeon. Eating good but haven't gained any weight. Haven't weighed this much since married in 1972. Drinking lots of water is good but as we guys get older and deal with an enlarged prostate, it's mandatory to have facilities close by.
My best friend fought that for years and eventually they took 3/4 of his colon out. When he eats fresh veggies now he becomes a salad shooter. I hate it for anyone who went through that like he has. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
My work was "essential" from the beginning, so all this pandemic has done is reduce our going out to eat to almost nil, but we didn't a lot anyway. I generally fluctuate 10 lbs between winter and summer and average about 180 lbs. At age 47 I do have a bit harder time of dropping weight when I want to, I use to be able to drop 10 lbs simply from portion control. Running about the same as always, I was 178 the last time I stepped on a scale. I'd like to be more around 170.
