I've got about 100 trail cam pics of this bear, and about five of another bear, but I keep getting totally different responses from different people. This bear is much bigger than the other bears I've got on my camera. How much do you say he would go? I'm thinking about putting a trail cam out at that same location that has infrared, for better pictures, but what do you say he weighs?

I'm no expert, but I'd say 250-300 lb range

I'd say hes 250-300. Their coat this time of year makes them look bigger than they are.

    Thanks everyone for your replies.

I'm going to agree personally with those that said +350. The reason why is my uncle just killed a black bear 2-3 days, and it weighed 325lbs. When you compare his trail cam pics to those trail cam pics above, the bear I just posted is a lot noticeably bigger. 20-30lbs more.

What exactly is he so interested in? The second pic almost looks like a turkeys wing or something. Pics 5 & 6 look like something long and black on the ground. Am I hallucinating? :D

    Good luck!

Lol yeah I left some turkey feathers out. I sprayed them down with like a candy scent to draw him in through his great sense of smelling. For some reason that bear goes to that ridge every single night just about; sometimes multiple times.

Either there Is 2 different bear there or he's not as big as one thinks. The 1st picture he looks enormous but all the other ones he looks to be In that 170lb range. One thing about bear pictures on a trail cam, certain poses they look huge and then the next they've shrunk In half.
