    Sept 3rd is opening day, but i usually wait to till it cools down a little before I go out. Limited stand sites that I don't want to stink up and if you can't find a deer you shot right away. Good chance you're going to have spoiled meat. No Bueno!

    I hunt two states regularly. 75 days for the Sept 24th Ohio archery opener, 68 days for the Sept 17th Pa special regulations areas and 82 days for the Oct 1st regular season opener.
