I was curious to see how many of us our going to be shooting our rounds outside? What's the weather been like where you're at? How much do you anticipate it effecting your shooting? It's been just too cold for me to shoot much here. We've had a pretty cold January, and call me a wuss, but I just can't shoot much out in it. I've had the bow out twice since Christmas.

I'll be shooting outside. I'm sure that it will have and effect, but that makes it even better practice for me. There's 3.5 to 4 feet of snow in the woods here. The high today was 9, with -22 this morning. We've had more than 15 mornings with temp at or below -30:cry: . I may shoot a couple ends, go inside warm up, and shoot a couple more until I get my 10 ends in.
Like I said it will be nice to practice in the colder temp. I be able to see how my gear holds up, or if it make additional noise. I just added a Simms strip to my riser to help insulate my hand from the metal. Seems like its going to work great.

And I thought it was cold here:huh: My hands don't last long in cold weather, let alone exposed and grasping on to a metal riser (no the invelvet doesn't help that much).

I'll be shooting from the deck through the sliding glass door, through the living room, through the kitchen, through the door into the garage and onto the workbench :d

I shot outside today. About 50 degrees. I shoot from inside my barn down the driveway. About 10 yards inside and 10 outside.

I can only get 11 yards shooting inside the house. That's from the sun room, through the dining room, into the kitchen and squeaking past the fridge and next to the oven.

Shooting in the garage, at an angle, I'm about 8 feet too short. Maybe this summer I'll put an addition on the garage.

So, I'll be shooting at the indoor range. Too windy outside. I'll be shooting the 3 spot around my techno hunt league shoot.

I shot outside today. It was 47 degrees with a 15mph wind. I waited for it calm down a little and it did for the first round. Then it got pretty breezy.
