    I train 4 days a week. Not into body building or anything, but at 43 I have to try to keep in shape a bit. Back when I was about 30 I could have nailed 10-12 easy, but Monday I finished with 230 and only got 4 reps. Weird cause I nailed 10 at 210 and could have a pushed a couple more probably. No spotter so I don't get too careless. Oh well, nobody's paying me to be strong anyway. lol

    The Dreams Palm Beach.. which I would highly recommend.

    The food was outstanding and I ate like a king.

    Be careful on a deep sea adventure though.. 12 foot swell's on a liquor filled stomach is no bueno.

    Haha, yeah we stayed at the Catalonia Royal Bavaro last summer. Good times. No deep sea fishing, but lots of liquor:D

    I can bench 240 all day long. I walk over.. lay down on the bench... and there I am. 240 all day long. I can press that bench right into the floor.

    I lifted a lot from 18 to 24 but never just benched 225 just to see how many I could do in a row, but we worked out with 225 most of the time. The most I had ever benched once is 350.
