Just amusing. Same stats we have all seen many times from you, trying to convince us or yourself?

I dont keep a log. Two years ago I killed a 185 on Oct. 28th and a 135 8pt on about November 21st. Last year I shot a 173 on Nov 6th I believe. I usually start hunting mid October. Hours spent?, huge, most of my "hunting" is done long before I ever pick up a bow. When the time is right, I am in the tree 5 or 6 days a week.

    Convince? Of what?

You're funny....lol. They're my sightings. That they don't back your assertions, doesn't matter. They don't lie.

18 years hunting VT, PA, and NY.

    170+=0
    100+=0

I've taken a small handful of 90-98" bucks, all of them in PA. I've never honestly seen anything above 140-150 (while hunting), and could count the number of 120+ bucks I've seen (while hunting) on one hand. Of the 100"+ bucks I've seen while hunting, there is probably an even split between PA and NY. I've hunted only the eastern part of both states, never further west than State College in PA, or Oneonta in NY.

Another thing I think might be interesting is how many less than 100" bucks guys have shot.

Say a guy have 1-2 100", is it cause he's waiting for 120" ers or is it cause he's shooting an 80" every year? LOTS of variables

    Fletch:

This is what I was talking about. You shot a 170+ on your 6th sit, last year...and I don't think this is unusual (for your grounds). It's no wonder some of what you're seeing (in this thread) is unusual, to you.

You seem to enjoy baseball analogies, so, let me just say.......thats a swwiiiiinnnnnnngggggg and a miss there Jeff. Keep your head still and eye on the ball. Quit trying to hit a homerun. Maybe try a lighter bat. And for goodness sakes, tuck your shirt in.

I made no assertions. You assumed them because you think you already know what everyone else is thinking about you. lol

I see you have been digging through that old shoebox of love-letters I sent you. Didnt know you kept them all, how sweet.

As I mentioned, it was the best hunt I had ever had in 30 YEARS of bowhunting. And I saw a total of 3 shooters. It was the second biggest buck I had ever killed in those same 30 years. If you dont think that hunt was unusual, then you really need to move out of that oppressive heat becasue you have lost all sense of reason. I never said anything here was unusual, well, other than you maybe. But I wont take any credit for mastering the obvious.

Now THAT is funny. You posted it in THIS thread. My post that you quoted was from 9 MONTHS ago. Like I said, kind of creepy. You dont have my pictures in your room do you? Come to think of it, some of my socks have been missing off the clothes line....hmmmmmmm.??

Please dont call me names, it really hurts and my ego is so very fragile. lol

I'm outta here, I dont want to hijack this thread any further, its just not worth it. Been fun.

wow, who knew that would turn into a pissing match, given the known.

Germ, I wish I could contribute but my only bowkill buck has been an 88" 4 pt.

170"- Big fat zero! Possibly seen two 20 to 25 years ago.

100"- two bucks (128" and a 143"). Could be allot more. (130" minimum for me).

You want to know what the best part of these type of threads are...

You really get to know which guys have severe insecurity problems when it comes to their hunting prowess.

    Sorry for the hijack Germ.
