How Many Got Skunked This Year

Ouch that had to burn a little.

 

I got skunked on a buck but I had one of the best seasons of seeing slobs. I saw a couple of huge deer just wasn't in the cards.

 

No bucks, past up on a few smaller ones, but did manage to shot 3 does..

 

I got skunked for the first time in a very long time.

But then again, I passed on more bucks this year than ever before.

 

First year ever I didn't get a deer, but yet it was the best deer season I've ever had. It was my first year bow hunting, and I fell in love. I put in so much more time then in the past. I saw more deer then ever, I just couldn't get it done. I had a 180 class deer walk 70 yards past my stand. Just out of reach, and I never saw him again. I managed to take a shot at a 120 class deer, not sure what I did but he's still out there running around. I'm going to scout more this year and try to connect on a deer with bow in 2010.

 

I got skunked this year, had a lot of opportunities but i just could never connect with a buck of doe. I missed two times this year both at ice mature does. Saw many deer i just didnt have my stand placed in the right area to get to them. Oh well always next year :D

 

First time I ate all my archery buck tags in several years......saw a lot of great bucks and got a lot of them on camera.......just couldn't get it done.
