How much $$$$ do you have. No limit on does in IL, just keep buying tags!

Only in the southern part of the state this year. Go north and 1 buck only, No does unless you apply for an anterless bonus permit.

In the areas I hunt in MI, you can kill 7 antlerless deer during archery season.

A whole lot in Indiana. I don't have to pay anything. I bought a lifetime licenses years ago. I think it's $25.00 for the first doe permit then $15.00 after that. Is that right Dink?

:bash: Dang! I've become all too accustomed to the unlimited bonus tags for $2 a piece. I only make it to WI for the rifle season, but I get most of my meat hunting done then and there.

At least we can still party hunt:d (Rifle season anyway)

    Looks like I get 1B & 1D in WI and 1D & 1B/D in MN.... Need more meat:deer:

It differs by county in Indiana, but as a landowner in Ohio county, Indiana we can kill 8 does a year. Not that I ever have or will.

You got it tough Steve..Hope your DNR makes some changes for your guys sake. Unless 1 deer period is helping boost a population hit hard by winter?... wolves?

The deer are here Adam, It's just that the Mn DNR has their head up their ass's as usual. In my opinion we have way too many deer (doe's) In the area I hunt In. No one shoots doe's here other then myself and your not an almighty hunter unless you take a buck. Usually It's the 1.5's and the 2.5's every year that get shot around here, sound management Isn't It?? ;):computer:

Woops, I think I hit on a sore subject.:d I understand DNR problems, especially after all the things I've learned about other state's management practices. Now that I think of it, I do remember you saying something once about there being a ton of does, but no one kills them. Doesn't make much sense to only allow 1 deer. Sounds like you got a tough situation up there, hope they pull their heads out soon....

Steve, we really must do a hunt swap, some day. I think you'd love the OH deer and I'm itching for a black bear in a major way.

Besides my state hunting license, on the military base I hunt you can kill an unlimited amount of does on the archery only areas. The cost is $20 for the season.
