    How many cups of coffee do you have through the course of a day? I usually have one 16oz cup in the morning, and another small cup before I hit the gym in the afternoon.

    I drink a travel mug (~16oz) on my way to work. Have another one during the morning. Sometimes I finish the second one sometimes I don't. I would have a hard time without it.

    It ain't coffee till you can float a nickel in it. I have two 12oz cups at home in the morning, each made with a shot of expresso added. Then another strong cup at work. I would guess that to be at least 5 or 6 regular cups by 9:00 Am . Then I am done for the day. If I don't get my coffee/caffiene in the morning I have a migraine by 10:00. Addicted I guess.
