I'd practice a lot before I go hunting if I were you.

I shoot a lot and on the average I go through a half a dozen arrows a year
and that includes planning on ruining at least two on deer kills.

I sure hope this is a joke, if not stick around and learn a few things. If it is find something better to do.

Outdoor, it would help you if you could find a bowshop with an indoor range and get some shooting lessons. This will help you be more consistent than what you are currently doing.

If your missing your target most of the time the last thing you want to do is go hunting. You wouldn't use a gun for hunting if you knew the scope was way off. Its no different with a bow. Luckily you have time to practice and correct your issues.

I would get the flagship bow made by NERF.

Are you going for just one day? Depending on the deer population, I would bring 200 arrows. Running out would really suck
